Upper Redgorton Fishing Terms and Conditions for Period 6/7/2020 to 18/7/2020
For this two-week period, we will be offering bank/wading only permits at a reduced rate.
Due to the Covid-19 shutdown of the fishery, please understand that we can only offer a reduced service to anglers at this time. Our Ghillie, Mike Hay, is currently undertaking bank maintenance work and ensuring preparations are in place to make the beat more accessible going forward.
All anglers must sign a Covid-19 declaration form on arrival.
We ask that visitors always maintain a two-metre distance from others.
Anglers must not share equipment and we cannot provide any equipment at this time except for a life jacket.
Experienced anglers only as we cannot offer tuition.
Please bring your own food and drinks, cutlery, etc.
Unfortunately, the bothy will be closed, but we do have an outdoor covering that accommodates socially distanced seating – and (limited) shelter from the temperamental Scottish weather!
Toilet facilities will be open.
On the day
The Ghillie will meet you in the morning and make you aware of the boundaries of the beat and offer general advice, directing you to the best spots and pools.
The boat will be used to ferry one angler at a time to the opposite bank.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Bottom Beat.
Tuesday, Thursday, Sat: Top Beat.
£60 per rod (including VAT).
All bookings to be made by bank transfer.
If you have any questions, please contact Mike by phone (07762464407) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Thanks for everyone’s patience over the past few months, we hope you are all as excited as we are to get back on the water and catch some fish!
